Miss Casey holds a CDA certificate in Early Childhood Preschool settings and has 8 years of experience in various preschool settings and roles.  She loves coming up with new and interesting ways to help children learn. One of the things she enjoys the most about teaching is the look of joy and the sense of accomplishment a child feels when they have mastered a difficult skill. She is excited to help students take their first steps towards learning about their faith and can’t wait to get started!

Mrs. Maureen Pody is the Pre-K teacher aide for the 4 year-olds at SKD School.  She has many years’ experience in various teaching roles within the Archdiocese.   She has always loved teaching in a Catholic school setting because God remains first and foremost the focal point of the school environment.  Mrs. Pody provides a warm and caring learning environment.  She enjoys watching the little ones learn something new, as well as seeing the pride on their faces when a new task is accomplished or their artwork completed.  But nothing is more meaningful than to watch each child grow and learn throughout the year, especially learning about God and their world around them.  She is married and lives in Bucks County with her husband.  They have one son, Dominic.  She is an avid reader and enjoys gourmet cooking and going to the beach.
