Mrs. Mary Beth Flatley
Mrs. Flatley grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, she moved to the Philadelphia area where she worked in pharmaceutical sales for several years. Mrs. Flatley changed her career path and earned her Masters in Elementary Education from Holy Family University. She has taught preschool through middle school levels. In her most recent position at Grey Nun Academy, she taught grades 6, 7, and 8. Mrs. Flatley enjoys teaching within the Catholic school setting because it affords an opportunity to develop growth through both mind and soul and she is excited to join the students, faculty, and staff at Saint Katharine Drexel School. When she is not teaching, Mrs. Flatley likes to share time with her family which includes her husband, two children, and dog. She has been a girl scout leader for over eight years. Mrs. Flatley enjoys traveling as well as working on projects around her house.
