Mrs. Cochran graduated from Immaculata University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Early Childhood Education and received her Religion certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.  She regularly attends workshops in order to remain current with the trends in teaching.  With over 30 years of experience teaching kindergarten, first, and third grades, Mrs. Cochran’s philosophy is to teach every child to the best of their ability in a caring, Christian environment.  She wants her students to use their intellects, talents, and gifts to stretch themselves and become the best they can be.  Currently, Mrs. Cochran teaches first grade and finds it very rewarding.  She says that the children are eager to learn, full of enthusiasm and proud of all their accomplishments throughout the year.  Mrs. Cochran enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, gardening, and relaxing on the beach. Mrs. Marasheski received her B.A in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Holy Family University. She has had experience in both first and second grade classrooms. Mrs. Marasheski can say that first grade is her favorite! Her favorite thing about being a teacher is the excitement that shines through her students while they are engaged in learning. She enjoys seeing the children light up and grow with excitement as they learn new things.  Mrs. Marasheski believes that each child has a unique way of learning and tries her best to foster that uniqueness during all of her lessons.  Teaching the children to act as Jesus would is very important to Mrs. Marasheski. She tries to incorporate the teachings of the gospel during her daily instruction.  Mrs. Marasheski enjoys running marathons, reading, and spending time with family.
